Cindy Olsen Cindy M. Olsen, 48, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, April 1, 2007, at home. She was born January 5, 1959, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Elmer and JaNette Swick Mikkelsen. She married Dale Olsen July 22, 1978, in Cedar Falls. Ms. Olsen was a 1977 graduate of Dike High School and was employed as a custodian with the University of Northern Iowa. Survivors include: her mother, of Cedar Falls; a son, Gabriel Olsen of Cedar Falls; a grandson; a sister, Jo (Larry) Depping of Reinbeck; and a brother, Terry Mikkelsen of Cedar Falls. Preceded in death by: her father; a daughter, Rhiannon Olsen; and a grandson, Jaylon Olsen. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Fredsville Lutheran Church, with burial in Fredsville Lutheran Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Richardson Funeral Home.
