Events	A reception was held on Sunday, May 15 at President Price's home at 7:00 PM. A commencement dinner party was held on Saturday, May 21 at 6:30 PM in the Commons. Baccalaureate services were held on Sunday, May 22 at 10:30 PM. The alumni dinner was held Sunday, May 22 at 12:30 PM. Commencement began on Monday, May 23 at 10:30 AM.
Highlights	Teresita and Emilio Osta provided the entertainment for the commencement dinner party 58 degrees and diplomas were awarded in November, 1948. 56 degrees and diplomas were awarded in February, 1949. 270 degrees and diplomas were awarded in May, 1949. No speaker was present for the commencement services.
