Telford F. Hollman

Waterloo--Telford F. Hollman, 84, of Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Monday, January 27, 1997, at a nursing home in Sarasota of natural causes. He was born Sept. 14, 1912, in Chicago, son of Louis and Ida Kirstin Hollman. He married Sylvia Leviton in 1937 in Chicago. Mr. Hollman attended Western Military Academy, Northwestern University, and the University of Chicago Law School, graduating in 1935. He was an attorney in private practice for several years. He later joined the faculty of the Business School at the University of Northern Iowa, where he served for fifteen years, and rose to rank of full professor. He also published numerous articles. Survived by: his wife; and a son, Michael of Naperville, Illinois. Preceded in death by: two brothers, Paul and Herbert; and a sister. Memorial services: will be later.
