TO: All Staff Members FROM: Staff Personnel Office DATE: March 17, 1975 Mrs. Shirley Stalberger, Office Coordinator, Admissions Office, passed away Friday, March 14, at Sartori Hospital. Shirley has been employed in the Office of the Registrar since September of 1963. During her years of employment, she was active on behalf of clerical personnel. She was always willing to help with the Annual Christmas Party and the Clerical Workshop. She served as President of the University of Northern Iowa Association of Office Personnel and was, at the time of her death, a member of the Committee on the Administration of Clerical Personnel. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and worked with her. Mrs. Stalberger is survived by her husband, Duane; and five children: William, Rick, Robert, Beverly, and Janet. Funeral services for Mrs. Stalberger will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Tuesday, March 18, at 10:30 A.M. Dahl-VanHove-Schoof Funeral Home will be in charge of the services with burial at Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls. The flag will be flown at half-mast during the time of the funeral services for Mrs. Stalberger.
