Roxanne Conrad Roxanne Conrad, 58, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, March 18, 2006, at Sartori Memorial Hospital. She was born January 11, 1948, in Manchester, daughter of Harlan and Patricia LeClere Haynes. She married Steve Conrad on January 14, 1967, in Iowa Falls. Mrs. Conrad was a 1966 graduate of West Delaware High School, Manchester. She was director of purchasing at the University of Northern Iowa, where she had been employed for thirty-seven years. She also was past commodore of North Shore Boat Club in the early 1990s and was past president of MINK for the National Association of Educational Buyers. Survivors include: her husband; a son, Chris (Andrea) of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren, Elexandra Regenold, and Bailey, Sydney, and Caden Conrad; and a brother, Jim (Connie) Haynes of Manchester. Preceded in death by: her parents. Services: 10:30 am. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church, with burial in Hillside Cemetery. Public visitation 2 to 8 p. m.
