Morris J. McDonald, 66, died of natural causes at his home on Thursday, August 23, 1990.
Morris began his employment at UNI on June 25, 1979, and worked as a custodian in Maucker Union. He retired from the university on April 28, 1989.
Funeral services were held Friday, August 31, at 11:00 a.m. at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home chapel, with burial at Oakland Cemetery, Janesville. Graveside military rites were conducted by American Legion Post 522.
Morris was born February 10, 1924, in Denver, son of Amos and Rose Dos McDonald. He married Darlene Peeper in August 1948; they were later divorced.
Morris is survived by his son, Jeffrey, of Windsor Heights; his mother of Waverly; a brother, Ray, of Janesville; and a sister, Geraldine Moeller, of Waverly. Morris was preceded in death by his father.
