Lena Price Lena M. Price, 92, of Cedar Falls, died at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, Wednesday, April 13, 2005. She was born March 20, 1913, in Butler County, on a farm near Stout, daughter of Thomas and Christene Christiansen. She married Cecil Stoddard March 20, 1934. He died May 29, 1945. She married Ray Price, and he also preceded her in death. Ms. Price worked as a dispatcher at Cedar Falls Utilities and the University of Northern Iowa before retiring. Survivors include: two daughters, Joyce (Lee) Boyland of Longmont, Colorado, and Marilyn (Larry) Gordon of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Meta Johnson of Cedar Falls. Preceded in death by: two brothers and eight sisters. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and for an hour before services Saturday at the Lutheran Home. Memorials: may be directed to Nazareth Lutheran Church.
