SUBJECT: OBITUARY NOTICE
Nida M. Scott, 69, died of natural causes at Sartori Memorial Hospital on Thursday, January 11, 1990.
Nida began her employment at UNI in October of 1969 and last worked as a Food Service Coordinator II. She retired in 1982.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 15, 1990, at Schwartz-Engelkes Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.
Nida was born September 7, 1920, in Madrid, daughter of Paul and Hope Schaeffer. She married Carl Scott on April 28, 1946.
Nida is survived by a son, Bernard of Adel; a grandson, Christopher; and a brother, Richard Schaeffer of Marshalltown. Nida was preceded in death by her husband who died in 1985.
Memorials should be sent to the Schwartz-Engelkes Funeral Home in Parkersburg.
