Mark Manning

On June 12, 1997, Mark Manning was introduced as UNI's new wrestling coach.  Manning came to UNI from Oklahoma, where he had been assistant coach since 1993.  Previous to his position there, he was assistant coach at North Carolina for eight years.  His extensive background included coaching three U.S. Olympic Festival teams and the 1996 U.S. Junior World squad. As collegiate wrestler, Manning won two NCAA Division II championship titles and a silver medal at the 1988 Pan American games.
