F.N. Mead May 6, 1954 To The Members of the Faculty: Dr. F. N. Mead, College Health Director, 1920-1939, and emeritus director, part-time service since 1939, passed away at Sartori Hospital last Wednesday evening. Dr. Mead had reported at the Health Service office Wednesday although he was not feeling well. During the many years of Dr. Mead's work on the campus, he had served the college well and made many friends. Funeral services for Dr. Mead will be held on Saturday, May 8, at 2:00 p.m. at the Dahl Funeral Home. The flag will be carried at half mast during the half day of the funeral service and the Campanile will be played at 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon as an expression of respect and appreciation for his loyal and devoted service.
