Daryl Stoner Daryl E. Stoner, 70, of 714 Hanna Boulevard, Waterloo, died Saturday, June 16, 2001, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home of lung cancer. He was born October 7, 1930, in Quasqueton, son of Kyle E. and Doris M. Hoover Stoner. He married Crystal L. Reece on April 2, 1949, in Waterloo. Mr. Stoner worked at Rath Packing Company for 31 1/2 years and then was employed as director of Plant Services at the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, for 13 1/2 years, retiring in 1993. Survived by: his wife; two sons, Kenneth R. of Cedar Falls and Alan E. of Ann Arbor, Michigan; a daughter, Kathleen A. Judas of Waterloo; six grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren; and a sister, Marlys Badger. of Waterloo. Preceded in death by: a brother, Donald. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Reformed Church, Waterloo, with burial in Circle Grove Cemetery, Quasqueton. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Locke Funeral Home.
