Catherine T. Rasmussen, 94, of Manor Care, Waterloo, formerly of Cedar Falls, died at the care center Sunday April 4, 2004.
She was born March 31, 1910, in Cook County, Illinois, daughter of Charles and Catherine Fraunhoffer Rauter. She married Edward Rasmussen on December 4, 1948; he died in 1957.
Mrs. Rasmussen was employed by the University of Northern Iowa in the kitchen, retiring in 1977.
Survived by: special friends, Willis and Katherine Spratt of Waterloo.
Preceded in death by: two brothers.
There are no services planned. Inurnment will take place in Fairview Cemetery, Cedar Falls. Richardson Funeral Home, Cedar Falls, is in charge of arrangements.
