Dolores Taylor, 65, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, September 25, 2004, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home. She was born October 13, 1938, in Winthrop, daughter of Harry and Gladys Buckingham Cornwell. She married Lawrence Taylor on October 10, 1964, in Cedar Falls. He died March 11, 1975. Mrs. Taylor was employed at the University of Northern Iowa for twenty-eight years in the printing department, retiring in 1998. Survivors include: three sons, Douglas (Michelle) Clark of Waterloo, Dennis (Georgia) Clark of Cedar Falls, and David (Sheila) Taylor of Cedar Falls; seven grandchildren; a brother, Larry (Karen) Cornwell of Bristow; and two sisters, Phyllis Jurgensen of Independence and Peggy (Ed) Auer of Winthrop. Preceded in death by: her parents; a brother, Delbert Cornwell; and a grandson. Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Richardson Funeral Home, with burial in Hillside Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue for an hour before services.
