Housekeeping Staff

Lillian Ann Jensen, 77, of Waterloo died Saturday, March 18, 2006, at Allen Hospital of complications from congestive heart failure. She was born September 2, 1928, near Aplington in Grundy County, daughter of George R. and Anna Helen Meester Renken. She married Kenneth L. Jensen. She worked for many years in housekeeping at the University of Northern Iowa until retiring. 

Survived by: a son, Leon Keith of Omaha, Nebraska; two daughters, Lisa Jane Goldhorn of Cedar Falls and Lara Michelle Jensen of Gilbert, Arizona; three grandchildren; a great-grandson; a brother, Roger (Doralene) Renken of Aplington; and four sisters, Ivadean (Richard) Frey of Parkersburg, Maxine (Robert) Gram and Genevieve (William) Weisbrodt, both of Waverly, and Diane (William) Harken of Grundy Center. 

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, with burial at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Parrott and Wood Chapel of Memories, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.
