Judy A. Mortensen, Offset Equipment Operator in the Teaching Department at Price Laboratory School, died early Saturday morning at her home. Judy was the daughter of Dale R. and Marion L. Hansen Holmes of Cedar Falls. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, John R. Mortensen, one son, Steven, 14 years old, and a daughter, Tammy, 11 years old; also a sister, Janice Holmes. Friends may give memorials to the Nazareth Lutheran Church where she was a member. 

Funeral services for Mrs. Mortensen will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Nazareth Lutheran Church, with burial at Greenwood Cemetery. The flag will be flown at half-mast during the time of the services for Mrs. Mortensen.

CEDAR FALLS---Services for Mrs. Judy A. Mortensen, 34, of 2203 Walnut Street, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. She died early Saturday morning at her home. Cause of death will be determined by an autopsy. Born January 25, 1941, in Cedar Falls, the daughter of Dale R. and Marion Hansen Holmes, she married John R. Mortensen, September 10, 1960, in Cedar Falls. 

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Holmes, 603 Walnut Street; her husband, John; a son, Steven, 14, and a daughter Tammy, 11, both at home; one sister, Janice Holmes of 603 Walnut Street. Friends may call at Dahl-VanHove-Schoof Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday and until 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, and from noon until service time at the church.
