Wilma Michael Harper, 85, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, March 10, 2006, at Allen Hospital, Waterloo. She was born May 24, 1920, in Oelwein, daughter of George and Delia Brown Michael. She married Paul B. Harper June 22, 1940, in Waterloo. He died July 1, 1984. She was primarily a homemaker but had also been a night hostess in the residence halls at UNI for a number of years.
Survived by: a son, Tim K. (Beverly) of Cherryvale, Kansas; a daughter, Cindy A. Kruckeberg of Cedar Falls; seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Nicole, Jeremy, Trent. Sarah, Corrie, and Joe; two great-grandchildren, Hazel and Max; a brother, George (Marion) of Muscatine; and two sisters, Betty Noss of Jackson, Michigan, and Belva (Harvey) White of Waterloo. Preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; a son, Mark; and a brother, Carl Michael.
Private services: Tuesday at Richardson Funeral Home, with inurnment later in Greenwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Richardson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
