Scope and Content

This series is a collection of Alumni Association documents developed over the years by Alumni Association staff.  It consists of material found in five three-ring binders that were labeled Alumni Books 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.  Books 1 and 2 were not present.  Each binder included material from a particular chronological period, though there was some overlap between binders.

  • Book 3 contained material from 1954 through 1971;
  • Book 4 contained material from 1971 through 1978;
  • Book 5 contained material from 1979 through 1984;
  • Book 6 contained material from 1984 through 1986;
  • Book 7 contained material from 1986 through 1988.

The binders contained many kinds of records relating to Alumni Association affairs, including Board minutes, financial reports, articles of incorporation, by-laws, rosters of award winners, committee reports, membership reports, and samples of material mailed to alumni.

All material remains in the same order in which it was received.
