Scope and Content

This collection contains a 1976 report by the Booz, Allen & Hamilton Study Team that had the following objectives:

  • Complete position description questionnaires both for purposes of salary planning and personnel administration
  • Survey external institutions and organizations on current salary levels for comparable benchmark positions and analyze results
  • Evaluate relative job worth of administrative and technical positions
  • Develop an equitable and competitive salary structure and assign administrative and technical positions to it
  • Recommend position titling and classification changes
  • Develop guidelines and procedures for administering the salary plan.
